I have to admit that I had not used a web site such as Business Class International previously and was dubious. I was very happy with the excellent service from Nicola in dealing with my enquiry and providing me with a fare that I was able to check on the airline website and confirm that the BCI fare was nearly 50% less! I have to say that when I first looked at the website and was asked to submit details for someone to get in touch I thought "rubbish - other websites give me an immediate answer" - your helpful call proved me wrong both by coming up with a competitive price and assisting with the stopover question. We are in a position to book and have funds (well, my BA Amex card with plenty of liit and airmiles to boot!).
